The company is delighted to announce the promotions of two members of staff.

Michael Smith has been promoted to General Manager. In his previous role of Operations Manager, Michael oversaw all areas of the day-to-day factory and warehouse operations, however, as General Manager he will also take on senior management responsibilities on the administration, H.R, commercial and financial side of the business, reporting directly to the company directors.

Connor Ratcliffe has been promoted from Production Supervisor to Production Manager, reporting directly into Michael Smith. This includes responsibility for all areas of the production side of the business including day to day management of production staff, H&S, Quality and factory performances.

Operations Director Gareth Ackroyd, commented on the new appointments:

“As directors we’ve been delighted with the work ethic, enthusiasm, loyalty and willingness to learn shown by both Michael and Connor over the years. We have firm belief in investing, mentoring, developing and educating our staff so it is with great pride and satisfaction that both Michael and Connor have been appointed into these positions through internal promotions, whilst also proving our commitment to rewarding hard work and strong performance.
